After the successful completion of their Training at ARSDC, all the students are placed in different Amara Raja Group Companies Subject to availability.

Amara Raja Group is an expanding group and all the batches of ARSDC are most likely to be absorbed within the group.

The students are placed in respective companies based on their performance during their training at ARSDC and Learning capability as per the requirement of the Industry.

Going forward, the group hopes to receive requirements from other corporate and industries as well.
