Amara Raja group believes in providing opportunities to youth, especially in the rural areas, to enhance their skills and create non-migratory employment opportunities for them.
Amara Raja Skill Development Centre admissions comprises of four intakes in Every Academic Year.
First intake is in the month of January, Second intake is in the month of April. Third intake is in the month of July & Fourth intake is in the month of October.
The admission of the Student to ARSDC is based on the merit in the Entrance Examination, Scrutiny marks and their performance in the Interview followed by Counselling.
Qualification: Applicant must pass their 10th standard /Intermediate Pass or Fail.
Age: 16 years completed and not more than 25 years.

Entrance Exam will be conducted for those are eligible for the admission.
It will be conducted at Amara Raja Skill Development Centre - Petamitta.
Those who are qualified in the Entrance Exam conducted by ARSDC will be called for the Interview and Counseling.
A panel consisting of HR Persons and Technical Persons at the Industry will be conducting the Interview and Counseling.
Those who are qualified in the final Interview and Counseling will get selected for ARSDC Admission.
Students have to undergo a special induction programme known as ‘EMBRACE PROGRAMME ’for a period of 12 days after the Admission into ARSDC.
Main Objectives of the EMBRACE PROGRAMME:
During Embrace programme students will be engaged in different activities from morning 6:00 am to 10:00pm.
Different sessions like Effective Communication, Manners and Etiquettes, Memory training, Moral Values, Human Relation Principles, Youth and their Social Responsibility etc., will be taught by Guest faculty from AR Group and different games will be conducted to make the students to feel homely environment.
Students will be provided with refreshments in between the activities.
Students will be involved in Sports activities like
Daily Arts events like Dance, Songs, mime, mimicry etc., will be conducted to refresh their minds.
At the conclusion of Embrace programme, valedictory function will be conducted to share the experiences of students among different activities taken place during Embrace programme, change in their attitude & discipline, facilities they are enjoying and their life style at ARSDC premises.
