Selection Process
Nominations are currently being received from all departments within the AR Group Companies.
HRSS is currently scrutinizing nominations with specified parameters.
Entrance Exam is being conducted.
Personal & Technical Interview are being conducted.
Employee shortlisting is being conducted based on the combination of
Entrance Exam Marks and Interview Evaluation Marks.
