I feel it a boon for having joined in ARSDC. Here, we are provided with free education, food, hostel, accommodation, uniforms, shoes & study materials related to our course. We have a spacious building with good infrastructure as our hostel. I am extremely thankful to Business HR’s and Plant Heads for their motivational support in the completion of my course.

I am very lucky to get admission in ARSDC. It is 18 months course. First Embrace program was conducted for us for 15 days. In this program awareness was created on various subjects like memory training classes, 5S, HRP, communication classes, communication games, etc. It enhanced our view to acquire skills in all the areas.
