Our Profile

  • Established in 2014
    Amara Raja Skill Development Centre (ARSDC) was officially inaugurated on 17th July 2014 as a flagship initiative to empower Youth through Skill-based Training.
  • Residential Training Program
    The program is fully residential for the initial 3 months, aimed at Transforming Trainees through focused Skill Development, Personality Enhancement, and Employability Skills Training.
  • Hands-On Learning Approach
    Emphasis on practical exposure with a 70% practical and 30% theory Training methodology to ensure job-ready competencies.
  • Stipend from Day One
    Trainees receive a Monthly stipend starting from the first Month of the Training program.
  • Modern Infrastructure
    The Centre boasts Well-Equipped Classrooms, Advanced Laboratories, and fully functional workshops to facilitate high-quality hands-on Training.
  • Free and Subsidized Amenities
    • First 3 months: Training is completely free, including Food, Accommodation, Safety Shoes, Uniforms, and Study Materials.
    • Next 18(inter pass) or 21 Months (SSC Pass/Fail): Continued Training support with subsidized food and accommodation, subject to availability.
  • Separate Hostel Facilities
    Safe, hygienic, and comfortable hostel accommodations for both boys and girls are available within the campus.

Objectives of ARSDC

  • Empowering Rural Youth To provide structured Technical and Non-Technical Training to matriculated Youth from Rural areas, equipping them with essential life Skills and job-ready competencies.
  • Bridging the Talent Gap To reduce the Skill mismatch in society by offering Industry-relevant Training that aligns with the evolving needs of businesses, industries, and allied sectors.
