Amara Raja Skill Development Centre 2 (ARSDC 2) offers a structured Residential training program focused on Skill Enhancement, Personality Development, and Career readiness for Rural Youth.

Residential Learning: First 3 Months fully Residential for Focused training.

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 12,432 (SSC) / Rs. 12,632 (Intermediate) from Day 1.
