Inaugurated on 28th January 2025, Amara Raja Skill Development Centre 2 (ARSDC 2) stands as a testament to Amara Raja Group’s unwavering commitment to Skill Development and career readiness for Rural Youth.

• Hands-On Learning Model – Training methodology follows a 70% Practical and 30% Theoretical Approach, ensuring better skill absorption and real-world readiness.
• Stipend from Day One – Trainees receive a Monthly stipend starting from the first Month, easing financial constraints and encouraging focused learning.
• World-Class Infrastructure – Equipped with modern Classrooms, High-Tech labs, and Industry-grade workshops, the centre creates an Immersive, Future-ready learning experience.
• Fully Sponsored Training – First 3 Months include free food, accommodation, safety gear, uniforms, and learning materials. For the next 21 Months, food and accommodation are available at subsidized rates, subject to availability.
• Dedicated Hostel Facilities – Separate, secure, and well-maintained hostels for both boys and girls, ensuring comfort, safety, and a conducive learning environment.
